The concept of 'power' is hard to define and has to be taken with care, because it can -and it's often the case- lead to a huge misunderstanding, a confusion with the concept of force ('brute power') and will to control... Your words are very true. The power of love, which you ask how to spread, has to be found in oneself. Can one really lead someone to it? ... At least your strong poet's words can lead to questioning... Very fine poem :)
