The Crevices Of My Heart Poem by Holly Jamestone

The Crevices Of My Heart

When I am sitting quietly and all I can hear is my breath
In the corners of my mind reside thoughts of you

The way that ocean waves lick the shore
These thoughts envelop my spirit and light my way

When I am alone I am never lonely
Because you peacefully rest in the crevices of my heart

When I am speaking softly and all I can feel is my beating heart
In the corners of my soul resides anticipation of our next adventure
