The Darkness Of Beauty Poem by Jacquelin Bauske

The Darkness Of Beauty

Rating: 3.5

cherry blossom trees
swaying in a gentle breeze
with petals for leaves

pale moon shining bright
on a calm and starry night
shining like a lantern light

shining on the grass
dew is like a crystal glass
winking as you pass

sunlight dancing there
like butterflies through the air
with rays like gold flares

nature is playful
kittens chasing balls of wool
dancing like the fool

winds stirring the leaves
birds flying through gloomy eaves
in a house that breathes

darkness reigns supreme
in the Devil's terrible scheme
hopes now become dreams
