The Dawn Poem by dipak adhya

The Dawn

Rating: 4.5

Let the sweet sun rays
Kiss me
Till I walk in the morning
In the village paths

In this hot Summer
Who prefers you
The crescent moon
In the night is dearer
And I pray for her love
Yet now
Like a sage
His beaming rays
Seem to me a morning joy
For those the earth too prays
Throughout the nigh
For a benign dawn.

Stunning write as the dawn fills us with an expectation of another new day the moon at night is a reminder to reflect on our journey and to fill our lives with a deep meaning to love and to love! !

Dawn and night, the main manifestations created by nature for nurturing life and preserving it, have been beautifully explored through this beautiful verse. Thanks for sharing.
