The Day Cinderella Walked The Plank - Poem by Amanda May Moore

a sunday, after church day
a walk day, a good talk day
a sunday.

a sad day, the day she walked
the plank, with only God
to thank.

a blue day, a new day
the day it did not rain
one bit.

not one angel cried today
and the children continued
to play.

they were happy to receive her,
and so they did not believe any need
to grieve.

she joined Our Father in heaven
where she ascended, to live
happily ever after.

The End!
