The Day You Choose Poem by Liza Sud

The Day You Choose

You say that I need Moscow like a toy,
to hold it in a hand like a child's rattle.
You write that Baruch Ashlag didn't bow
to Wailing Wall and even didn't touch it.

Yes, Church is heart, but so that to unite -
what is the DAY you choose? for us it's Sunday.
And it is our church where after rite there -
we truly recieve light and grace from Christ.

***

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

The second stanza is crystal clear: SUNDAY is the Christians gather in Church as a community of believers and are engaged in group worship, and all who participate receive Christ's grace. This prayer with all the people brings unity to the Christian community but of course believers can pray individually at any time. The poem is about the scheduled public display of worship./ I am not sure how this passage relates to the first stanza.
