A Woman's Body - The Body Of God, From A. Suslov - Poem by Liza Sud

A woman's body - the Body of God,
Dream that has spawned the World
The basis of morality, the pathway,
The meaning of Covenant - heavenly Idol,

By your beauty I am consumed,
I will always, and on my deathbed,
To the light of life come again,
To be God - with you and in you.

A real, pious and all time ode to mother as well as to womanhood.

A woman's body - the Body of God,
Dream that has spawned the World
The basis of morality, the pathway,

Quite a poem rich with a humane touch that animates Godhood in a woman.

Thanks dear poetess for the lovely creation.
    10++++++.

Thanks forcommenting on my poem Easter Sacrifices. I appreciate your faith in God; but don't forget the realities of this world when you write. We can't live in a world of fantasies and ideals. If you could, please read my philosophical novel Upon This Bank and Shoal (Amazon.com) Best wishes Alexander Raju (Report) Reply

    'With you and in you.'
The connection with all women come softly to me through this simple sentence, the secrect of a women's body has been shared by 'your beauty i am consumed'

    Liza,
I think you are right. Nature has made the body of a woman as the temple of all creations, as the source of life.

But today, in Kerala (India) , we grieve; a girl was raped and brutally attacked to death just a week back. Let us hope man -more of them- read Liza and understand the fountain of life, not as an instrument of lust.
