The Early Spring Poem by Tushar Ray

The Early Spring

Rating: 5.0

I did hear her silent songs
Behind the fury of grey winter
Like bolstering memo of a loving mom
Hidden under her false anger

Silently she came on a hushing note
Under the veils of budding colors
Entering rapidly into my inmost heart
Carrying a wave of deepest joy

Out she came of the sleeping seeds
Filling the air with soothing scents
Hugging bare tree as tender-most leaves
Dancing over meadow in dazzling dews

She flung her wings with flying swans
Joined the robins in joyous singing
Kissing the flowers as cute humming birds
She formed a symphony all around

In the midst of all these joyous events
Flushed in my mind loud and clear
That good old winter has left us behind
And playful spring will stay here

Spring is the harbinger of green shoots and bright flowers! You have beautifully captured the loveliness of the season! Very lyrical and vividly imaginative! Enjoyed much!

Great welcome treat for the king of seasons- Spring. The marvelous atmosphere surcharged by the season has been picturised in the poem. Thanks for the same and the following lines in particular: She flung her wings with flying swans Joined the robins in joyous singing Kissing the flowers as cute humming birds She formed a symphony all around
