The Emotions Poem by Gangadharan nair Pulingat..

The Emotions

Here I plays with the little boy
He likes me so much as I am the grandpa
It is my hope, my pride, happiness
To make him happy always by smiles
Little toys that make him know the world
Slowly to prepare for a brave new world
To the see the thinks of happiness
To give the happiness to others he meet
Through the talents he nurtures in childhood
The learns the lessons of human justice
I likes to speak, communicate, in his language
Knowing well he will be a little naughty sometimes
Running here and there to avoid the grandpa
His advises he knows little now owing to childhood
But sure he will be happy in later of adulthood
The world is so beautiful but at the same time
Difficult like an ocean to swim across
The swimming that he have to learn steadily
Grasping the movements of world with listening
Through mother, father, elders, and gentlemen
The teachers who teaches him the lessons
There the rising moon, the morning and evening son
No doubt they are the enlightened teachers to my child
I pray for him and his upbringing with values
The values of great teachers taught to me in life
Through books, poems, speeches, and plays
I have got some lessons as necessary tools
The little one is fast running here and there
May I spend sometime with my grandchild for the time.
