The End Poem by Master Satyam

The End

Rating: 4.0

When you will wake
At disturbed morn
At doom's day.
You will see men
With fiery, burning eyes
And people in civil war
Killing, dying on road
Taking each other's life
And quenching their thirst
From the blood of their own
Babies will die in mother's womb
And mother will do but smile
Warriors will wear shiny bangles
And donkeys will quote 'wise'
And the world will shake at high
And the sun will engulf the moon
No one will help, no science, no boon
Only dust and water be seen
All will die but one couple will not.
Volcanoes will erupt
Towers would burn
All forests will catch fire
Storms will sweep
Ghosts will shriek
No one withstand nature's ire
Day by day the world will end
Till it get finished
And last of the mens(except the lucky couple)
Will see fires beneath.
And the era will end
With only a couple to survive
And these two will begin nee life
A new morning
A new hope
A new Civilisation to come
A new wind will aid the breadth
Till this life too meets its Death.

Lovely imaginative piece of poetry, well articulated and nicely penned. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
