Feel the power of my truth,
In triumphant return
Silent all these years.
And is my truth,
Your truth?
Recognize the difference.
For many voices
Arranged in harmony
Is what we are all about.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I first interpreted my poem to be about recognizing your individual spirit amongst all others. After its final draft I uncovered another layer in that my poem is truly referring to recognizing the difference between your conscious self and your higher self.
