The first poem writers of Indian English verse
Pressurize upon
To call them poets and poetesses
Which but I am opposed to it vehemently,
Such an ethics, morality
Never have I,
Have I taken into my acknowledgement and admiration.
Now you tell me what to call them,
They have started to write,
Neither have struggled nor have suffered,
How to call them
Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Milton and Tennyson?
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
We do not need to call them Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Milton and Tennyson. They are what they are- no less no more. There should be fresh air of unbiased ideas and love for fellow human beings and nature with a yearning for divine bliss on earth. Thanks for this thought provoking imagery.
