The Friendly Way Poem by Joyce Hemsley

The Friendly Way

Rating: 5.0

College girl smiles at her latest flame
the language of love never spoken;
addicted to friendship they became,
twin souls free from commitment...
oh yes, they were always together
for nought could keep them apart,
she was madly attracted the 'platonic way'
Cupid's arrow never piercing her heart.
