The Future Poem by Ishmael Mabhiza

The Future

The best way to predict the future is to create it

Life is what you make it now,
What you are tomorrow
Is what you are planning now
What you sow is what you reap

If you want peace-sow peace
Then if you think you can trick the principle
Just try to say something bad
You will not but reap excellence

I have seen many ignoring cheap life lessons
Never hinder your thoughts by your mistakes
Plan to run and sprint -the past is already gone
Opportunities are rampant -open for you.

The best thing is; if you think you have a challenge
You have the right attitude and it means you can forecast
Thus, you have the ability to set your future
You have an ability to embrace and grab the right bag

You can predict the fate, fortunes and virtues
The disastorous, boisterous and hovering thoughts of peril
You are fully armed, so you are well able to move
Set goals, missions and plan for the future.
