Let us sow the seeds of
peace, harmony
and brotherhood
in this Garden of Life.
Nurturing them with
compassion, love
and patience
to make them bloom.
Let us weed out
hatred, anger
and jealousy and
build a fence around
with our strong moral values.
Let us grow
only perennials
so that the butterflies
of happiness
are here to stay.
Our children can then
wear the wings of freedom
and shed their fear
and repel any worry
of a terror attack here.
We all get a chance
to walk through
this Garden but once.
So why not hold hands and
enjoy our stay?
Our children and
their children
will then be forever
indebted to us
while we're no longer there.
