The Garden Of Life - Poem by Heather Burns

The flower
of my life
was wilting

suddenly
her energy
began
to drain

the deep
red color
began to
wane

Petals
falling
daily

Calling
upon
my muse

She began
drawing
strength
from our
heavenly
garden

Once again
she stands
in her
brilliance

a lovely
flower in
the garden
of life.
