The Ghetto Poem by Abubakar Bello

The Ghetto

"Living deep in the darkness of an apocalypse night
Yelling and shouting of pains filled the sleepless night
Anger and travail expresses the gloomy night
Children and women roaming in the darkest night.

A city where thieves and gamblers parades the streets
Hunger and turmoil filled the stomach of every being.
Left by the government, bickering for it's right
Small but hatching the most notorious criminals
The ghetto is another version of Guantanamo bay
For only few survive and live a better life"
