The Gullible And A Wayward Cause Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

The Gullible And A Wayward Cause

Gullible teens join a wayward cause
Fed with vain deceptions that soon devour,
Their lives and beings wasted with no pause
Till at last they regret what they came for.

Rape for both men and the women thrive,
Like blind lambs for slaughter they fail to see-
These barbarians prey with vile relentless drive
To shredded souls and flesh their end will be.

A trap it is and there's no hope of escape,
Once in their claws these teens find entry-
Like beasts of the jungle they will kill and rape
Thus revenge is done to their kind and their country.
