The Hero Of Racism Poem by Elizabeth Chamberlain

The Hero Of Racism

Who cares who's black?
Who cares who's white?
This is absolutely
a very crazy fight!

But if I was Purple,
I'd take a fit.
Because that's a differen't story.
Isn't it?

If I was green,
without being sick.
I would lay and say
I have leaves! I'm a stick!

If I was orange,
when it wasn't Halloween.
I'd say I was... cleaning fish!
and that they weren't very clean.

But who cares who is black?
And who cares who is white?
The Oreo doesn't,
he evens out the fight!
