The Last Episode Poem by Darshan Sahoo

The Last Episode

It seems like...
I'm standing at the edge of the stage
And performing the last episode.

There's a commotion in the centre.
Ears can't hear the voice of my own
And eyesight's getting blurred.

Now, I'm singing an elegy
And frequently looking back.
Looks like Someone calling me.

The Crier wants to declare
The end of the Show for today.
But I wanna stay a little longer.
I wanna perform a new episode
Where I'll be the Protagonist.
