The Last Time - Poem by Edwina Reizer
The last time that I saw him
his eyes were in quiet repose.
It left me with the feeling
that wherever it is he goes
he will wait for me to live my life
then join him once again.
And as I kissed him one last time
I knew that love can’t end.
