The Life I Found Poem by shannon williams

The life I found
Was a difficult life
Its not the life I wanted
Many things I found in this life
As I walk through the hallways of light.

When I was 13 years old
I never thought I would come this far
Its like a light buld flashing before
your eyes.
I use to think life would be hard
that's until I met my father.

As I watched my father protected
and watch over my life I realized
that I wasn't watching over myself
I have been worried about everyone else.

I had become a worryer and not a
listner but not a believer when I
did things wrong I felt my father had
left me

There are many things in this life
that iI felt alone
Never knowing what will happen next
life is something I found
not the other way around
