The Light In The Tunnel Poem by White Tiger

The Light In The Tunnel

I feel the walls caving in
Around me, they start
I find myself in a tunnel
It's cold and turning dark

But I see a light ahead
Flashing on and off
I must quickly reach it
To find salvation from above

I walk, I crawl
I stumble, I fall
And I talk to myself through echo...

I can't find the missing piece
Why my life has begun to cease?
Yet I can't hold on, I must let go

I open my eyes, but there's no ambience
Then all stops and I hear the silence
It was too late to be saved from above
For the flashing light, has just turned off.
