The Little Light Bulb - Poem by Frankie Richardson

I'm only just passing through this land but once.
The little light bulb, God's light, let it so shine,
as it glows, guides me through storms,
gives me hope to see and understand. Things seem hard to bare when the devil is loose,
but always remember the Lord thy God to keep
his commandments, love one another in Christ. The little light bulb is in you and me, through which
God is the power that makes it glow. I'm only
just passing through this land but once,
God's helping hands,
The little light bulb,
let it so shine in me.
