The Lonely Boy Poem by Leady Rhymes

The Lonely Boy

I have no self belief, and
Knowledge and wisdom surpass me.
Never will I be good enough,
Or tough enough, nor
Will I fulfill the promise that was once me.
Now I am just a failure for all to see, I have
Omitted myself to confinement in
Longing for my soul to be free of discontent.
Originally from a family of joy, yet I was
Vindictive in seeking my purpose, and now
Endlessly, I'll be, the lonely boy.
