White Lie Poem by Leady Rhymes

White Lie

I choose not to speak the words that are true to my heart,
But tell you white lies in fear that the truth would see us part.
I am a loyal man and in your grasp you hold my soul,
I pray every night we'll be together until we surpass being old.
But ask me honestly if your bum looks big in that dress,
I'll say no, but mean yes... its irrelevant, you're the best.
