'My love that was asleep
slowly wakes the other day
as I see again I want to keep
my love of yesterday

my heart opens once again
like the beautiful rain
and I tried to win her over
so we could be together
but pain was too much for her
that dreams became her tears
and songs brought only noise
sorrows that overcome her joys

now she was gone again
and I missed the joy and pain
and all I wished and pray
that I will be far away.'
