Mira rushed in, late for the day,
With stress on her shoulders, and no time to play.
The receptionist flustered, juggling her calls,
The tension around her, like thick, heavy walls.
For a moment, Mira felt the urge to rush,
To push through the chaos, join in the crush.
But something inside her whispered, 'Be still, '
So she breathed in deep, and softened her will.
'Hi, I'm here, ' she spoke with grace,
A soft, kind smile lit up her face.
The receptionist paused, caught by surprise,
And the weight of the morning began to rise.
'Thank you for waiting, ' the reply came slow,
Relief in her voice began to show.
'No worries, ' Mira said, calm and sweet,
And in that moment, their kindness did meet.
As the day went on, Mira could feel,
How her patience made everything real.
Conversations flowed, lighter and clear,
A ripple of warmth, replacing the fear.
Later she saw, the receptionist shine,
Helping a guest, their paths realign.
That guest, she learned, was more than he seemed,
A client who'd almost given up on his dream.
Mira smiled, as the pieces fell in,
A moment of calm, had let kindness win.
For it's the little choices, the breath and the smile,
That can shift the whole world, if just for a while.

I would like to translate this poem
" A moment of calm" would "let kindness win.".. a fact which all of us tend to ignore… we are often lead by our "khammond"…
We are...Mr.Menon.
