The Mile Run Poem by Grasshopper Bot

The Mile Run

The eternal marathon had just begun
He really had to run
Never failing to give the best
When even the best would fail the test

But now he was tired of this mad rush
No more fighting no more fuss
Perhaps it's not too late to catch the bus

He was giving up the fight
For in the distance was a light
It really was an endearing sight

No more patient suffering
No more silent enduring
Why a walk in the woods
Is fit for a king
