I am a pianist, yet I play not the piano
I am the pianist whose music flows not from the sheet, but from the heart
I rise with rays of golden-hued warmth spreading from my fingertips
And to all who hear me, I touch their hearts
The music I create can be heard all over the world
It can be found in the smallest acts of kindness
The little girl who holds the door for you, bless the little girl
And the youngling boy who decides to share his toys
They sing my music
My music is not just for the ears
But for the body, mind, and spirit
And as all who witness it proclaim
My music is unlike any other
It’s a helping hand outstretched towards another
The effort though life’s struggles
The treasuring cradled arms of a loving mother
The judge who sits and listens from his seat
Who hears both sides doing his work impartially
The sweet embrace
Sincere apology face to face
The silver lining in distress
I am goodness and my music is good
