The Nature Of Being Human - Poem by Dorsey Baker

The nature of human nature
is nothing nice
count up
the cost and pay the price
weak and frail
ugliness
tries to prevail
smoothness
turns into rough
and because of bitterness
sweetness is not enough
a flock of birds
and scorners of beauty
they mock you
just because they believe
its their duty
