The Old Church Bridge Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Old Church Bridge

The horse,
Peacefully eating grass,
Seen from the Old Church Bridge;
Like a Sate Banquet held in honour of the truth.

Cry out aloud for Knowledge! !
Cry out aloud for the truth;
Wisdom is the key!
Like the Kindergarten speech;
To excel in everything.

To the valley of salt,
To the valley of sugar,
To the valley of pepper! !
To the valley of peace,
To the valley of fruits,
To the valley of love;
As the horse was seen eating grass.
