The Old Memory Lane Poem by Max D. Hornbogen

The Old Memory Lane

I remember, I was walking the old memory lane just like it was yesterday.

Still I have those memories of being a child.
Those moments was real and sad at the same time.

Sometimes I still feel like a child inside, but we all have that in all of us.

Some like being the grown up's, but some of us remember what it was like to a child.

The laughter was all around, it even makde the spaces inbetween when there was nothing.
Still we have our moments in time.

Which tear, which cry was calling out for help. Each and every parent was there, when we needed them for help or guidence.
But most of all it was out of love, but we all loved one another and that what matters the most.
