The One That Got Away
I'm finding out the hard way
That losing can be difficult
I know I should have told you
The feelings for you I've always felt
It's not that I didn't care for you
I think sometimes we need to lose
So we can learn the one we lost
Should have been the one to choose
But hind sight is twenty twenty
That's the way it goes
Now I sit here all alone
With a loneliness no one knows
