Looking deeper than the surface
Looking behind your blue eyes
Looking down deep into your soul
I know who you are.

I know there are no lies
What you speak, it's all true
When you say you want me
I have no doubt to what you say

They all ask me
'Well how do you know she means it? '
They don't know you like i do
They can't look beyond just what they see.

I know what's in your heart
You've told me what you want
You have no reason to lie
Your feelings to strong to let you lie

They all tell me to move on with my life
Do they not see that it's not that easy
I'm willing to wait however long it takes
To call myself yours again

Although we may say we're not together
Emotionally and within our own hearts
We know that we belong to each other
Our love to strong to let us think other wise

There may be other guys
But you have told me yourself
They mean nothing to you, just others to flirt with
I'm the one you want, I'm the one you love

Yes, i may flirt with other girls
But, they mean nothing to me
You're the girl i love
You're the girl i want my first time.

I know you know these things
I will do whatever it takes
To be back in your arms
In time, things will be back to normal

Until that day comes
I'll continue to prove to you
That you're the only girl in my eyes
