I remembered everything
Your deep brown eyes, exotic smile
That sweet mellow of your voice
I remembered the hugs
so tender your touch
it chills my body
made me quivered
like daffodils
in the cold wintry dawn
I remembered how I felt
exactly
as I looked
across into those brown eyes
hypnotic passion filled my inner core
as if on a rainbow of dreams,
amidst the azure of gentle love
Then I realized
I've never so much wanted to be
with anyone but you,
Your uniqueness is unlike any other
The caress of your being
the fragrance of your breath
transcends humanity
I've never met anyone like you
whose eyes can fade the night away.
You touched my heart in ways
I would never have dreamt
My heart aches you're not mine.
