The Pain In My Heart - Poem by valya madden

i ran out of ways to release the pain
in my heart until it crossed my mind
that the pain in my heart was so strong
i coudn't think straight because of my broken
heart i just wanted it to end but it
didn't then a sharp stinging of a razore on
my wrist calmed me down just enough
to say that it wasn't enough so i
closed my eyes and took a long deep
breath and thanks when it hit me it
wasn't enough to set mr free

Pain is part of falling in love and you are not alone! Where you are right now, I was many times and survived and grew up and time is on my side to honestly testify on my behalf!
Your poem is full of feeling and emotions and well penned indeed! 10+++ well deserved! Keep inspiring the World with your thought provoking and talented writes! If time permits, my dear fellow poet, please, read and enjoy two of my poems titled: IN PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS and WHO AM I? Hoping you like them! Love and Peace for always! RDV from New York City! ...
