The Passenger In The Twilight Poem by Anjan K

The Passenger In The Twilight

Rating: 4.3

Deep darkish clouds have
covered the sky
To bid the sinking Sun
a fitting goodbye.

The last few beams
Of Sunray
are gradually making
night's way.

In this juncture of the day,
the passenger stands on the
ever flowing river with
great awe & delight,
looking forward to his
upcoming journey to the
unknown through this
soaring twilight!

A very fine piece of poetry. I almost recall my own style of composing poems. A tender imagery, a clean run and a meaningful ending...yes this is very much my preferred style. Well... I wish to read more.
