The People I Like Poem by Randy McClave

The People I Like

I like people who are weird
Of them I am not at all feared,
I like the people who are odd and bizarre
I hope in life that they go far.
Many of them are the black sheep
Who no-one wants to know or keep,
They are known many times as a disgraceful person
Who causes the lives of others to worsen.
I also like the odd ducks
Those with a idiosyncratic personality who decry life sucks,
Those with peculiar characteristics and behavior
Them I truly savor.
I also enjoy the rejects, the eccentrics and the loners
The lost and forgotten and the moaners,
More often than not they have awesome goals
These people all seemingly have more beautiful souls.
