The Politics of chop I chop,
Can never take us to the top.
The prevalent state of corruption,
Is key to our nations deterioration.
We compromise merit on the bases of prejudice,
And place our nation on a dangerous precipice.
The call for patriotism;
Must rise above verbalism.
There is death sentence for arm robbers,
And chieftaincy titles for treasury looters.
Bourgeois crimes are committed with impunity,
And the masses bear the brunt of such atrocity.
Our roads are death traps,
And in distress we make our trips.
Being a Nigerian is becoming too tough,
We are tired, we have had enough.
