The Power Of The Cross Poem by Royston Allen

The Power Of The Cross

Rating: 5.0

The price is paid.
The deed is done.
We've crucified
God's Only Son.

With thorn crowned head;
with wounded side;
He's hanging there
arms opened wide.

"Father, forgive."
We hear Him say.
The things we did
to Him that day.

Such love is this.
That He should die.
"Jesus, forgive."
With tears I cry.

The deed is done and price is paid. Jesus has sacrificed for humanity. He is very well remembered. This is an excellent poem very well penned on occasion of Easter. Wishing you very happy Easter...10
