You have to break
Even though it hurts
If you want some rhythm
To the music of the days

Otherwise
You’ll just leave yourself living
In the world of art dealers

You have to be alone
Even though it hurts
If you want to make
Some music to the ears

Amidst the white noise

It’s the price
Not hard to pay
