I wandered lonely incomplete
Waltzing through life's streets
A hole in my heart
I never could fill

I looked for you in places
I never should have bothered
While all along you were
In the place that always mattered

In the pages of my books
In the land of my dreams
Deep in my heart now
The story seems complete

The missing piece is found now
The puzzle is complete
You fill me up entirely
Every second is a dream

There is joy to be obtained
From the littlest of acts
The kindness you show
Just fills up my tracts

A loving touch
A sweet caress
So what if they are just words
I know you mean the best
