The Rain Falls Poem by Emily Swinney

The Rain Falls

Rating: 5.0

The rain falls down and down

I will drown and drown

It will continue to fall and fall

And I will remain not standing tall and tall

It will flood and flood

So will my blood and my blood

The rain falls down so hard and so hard

I am flimsy like a card and like a card

The rain will still fall and fall

I will still crawl and crawl

The rain will do its job and do its job

And I will sob and sob
