And the rain will play
Truant till the clouds hang low
And the cool wind lashes the tall
Trees making them to swing and bend low
And the rain will play
Truant as birds fly ups and downs
Disappearing into the flitting clouds
And appearing above villages and towns
And the rain will play
Truant till clouds will turn dry
Till a wave of cold wind will blow
And shivering in it the creepers will sigh
