The Rains Were Early Into Dusk. Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Rains Were Early Into Dusk.

the rains were early into dusk.
Not at night.
Not in the rising stars,
There be no twinkling.

But only a heart beating.
A Poet-Seer's poor heart

Thump.
Thump.
Thump.
