The Right Of Balance. Poem by Driss Ezzireg

The Right Of Balance.

Winter time invades our lives
In the middle of spring jests.
Summer time waits its turn
To run into the charms of fall.
The call of the wild downfalls
The lure of steel and glass.
Mass devotion exudes thanks
To the lone wolf's sneaky banks.
Merry go crowds of unrepentant fools
Through blank nays and hollow yeas
Glorify the stone and vilify the moon,
Unheeding the shouts and cries
Of docile, drunk larks.
Care is shared by hound dog and hare
To keep the rule tight,
Never let fight for
The right of balance.
