The Sand House: Part 1 Poem by Christopher Cariad

The Sand House: Part 1

I stand in the dessert
Desolate and homeless.
Walking in this repetitive scene
Lost and falling.
Searching for this home I once claimed,
In the land I once owned.
Not finding it,
I am now strained to survive
Wondering across these particles…
In search of my final home.
