The Ship Poem by Brennan Scotland

The Ship

Upon the waters it rocks
Battered by the waves
Upon the rocks it crashes
Shattered by the storm
Set upon by the winds
Torn asunder by the maelstrom
Nature murdering its majesty
Torturing its beauty
It awaits the inevitable
