The Singing Bird
A bird on a tree
Singing a song
A song so beautiful and nice
A song that gives us strength
Strength to stand for ourselves
To stand for ourselves against all enemies.
A bird in a tree crying
Crying for the falling of a country
Fallen from the evils of lies
The lies told by our forefathers.
We have now lost our way
When we stand we fall
We fight against ourselves
We don't know how to stand together
We don't know how to fight together
We don't know how to lift our country
We all have fallen alas!
For we are all but lost.
